Port Community Liaison Group
Previously called the Community Consultative Committee (CCC), the Community Liaison Group (CLG) is a biannual forum between the Port of Hastings and local community, business and special interest representatives to share information on matters relating to our Port operations.

VRET Community Reference Group (CRG)
In 2025, a dedicated Community Reference Group (CRG) was established for the Victorian Renewable Energy Terminal.
The CRG is comprised of a range of community, business and special interest representatives, and is chaired independently.
The CRG meets quarterly and minutes are published on the Terminal website.

Port Emergency Management, Safety Group (EMSG)
The EMSG is chaired by PoHC and is comprised of commercial port operators, local emergency services and local and state agencies.
The purpose of the EMSG is to provide updates on Safety, Security and Port matters and encourage information sharing and transparency between operators.
